PhD student at the Brahmal Vasudevan Institute for Sustainable Aviation at Imperial College London, supervised by Dr Rhea Liem and Dr Michel-Alexandre Cardin. His research focuses on optimising airline fuel loading strategy, developing a smarter and more accurate approach to determining the fuel required for individual flights by combining reinforcement learning with physics-based fuel modelling and operational constraints. The research seeks to reduce unnecessary fuel consumption, operating costs and carbon emissions without compromising safety. He holds an MSc in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London (2024) and a BSc from Beijing Institute of Technology (2022).
