Senior Lecturer in Computer Aided Engineering at the Dyson School of Design Engineering and lead of the Strategic Engineering Laboratory. His research focuses on computer-aided methodologies to support the design of engineering systems in infrastructure and financial sectors, covering concept generation, decision-making, machine learning, stochastic optimisation, and uncertainty modelling. Specialises in design for flexibility (real options) to enhance flexibility, sustainability, and resilience in complex engineered systems.
